Took a chance and am still eating them 😳. If you've tried other protein bars, u know that they r typically heavy, often chalky, and sometimes hard to convince yourself to keep eating them 🤔. This one is small, which at first u think “aw junk” then u realize it's just the right size. Softer and less chalky than others I've tried with 16g protein and 3g sugar it's just the right mix! The added Rice Krispy type texture is a nice touch.

Small but Good

My husband and I both love to keep these on hand for days where we're running around and might not get the chance to stop for something to eat. With us both being diabetics, it's important to keep the sugar low and the protein high. These are perfect to tide us over until our next meal. We like both flavors, but I think the cookie dough is actually my favorite.

Great on-the-go snack

I love these.  I just found this brand and it gives me a joy of eating a chocolate bar eventhough that is not what I normally eat.  The crunch and the taste makes it different from a normally same tasting protein bars I normally will get.  High protein and good taste are amazing!

Fit Crunch High Protein

I lost 59 pounds in four months following a simple plan called "Trainer Joe's 21 Day Transformation." There is a strict plan for eating that includes specific protein bars. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. However, after completing the program and wanting some variety, I found these and have loved them. It is hard to believe the only significant difference between Fit Crunch and the one Trainer Joe recommends is only the 3 grams of total sugar. Oh yes, the other significance is taste. My close friends know my favorite candy bar is usually Heath or Butterfinger. However, I would just as soon have these bars. They just taste good. By the way, Sam's does carry the recommended Quest Bars.

My son loves these!! This is a super busy compared to smaller boxes in retail stores. I tired the cookie dough bar - not bad for a high protein snack

These are some of the best protein bars I've had. They are smooth, creamy and rich tasting. They aren't dry and don't have too many nuts! I will buy these again!

Almost a Candy Bar

I didn't care for the flavor but I have a huge box of them so I will keep some to emergencyz's . ( type 2) snd then I will give them to a friend . Next time I will make sure I have tried a single and taste it first but it's. It bad and very affordable .

Stick with what you know she.

They taste good and have a nice crunch. Compared to most “protein” bars these are more like a chocolate and caramel crunch candy bar. One potential downside is they contain maltodextrin which can  spike blood sugar. The bars are small and the wrapper can be deceiving as far as the size. All in all a good bar and decent value when compared to Quest or other popular options.

Small but Tasty

First off, I'd like to start by saying that the flavor of these are wonderful, especially the chocolate peanut butter. The macros are also on point since I'm watching my sugar and carb intake. I really wanted to love these, because these would have been a great convenient snack, but these gave me the worst diarrhea of my life. I had a few of them over the course of a week to be sure,.and it was definitely these. A few hours after eating one I would get painful gas bubbles that felt like my intestines were about to burst, and this was followed by several hurried trips to the bathroom. I'm guessing it's the sweetener they used, but please be cautious, I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. I may save them for when I'm backed up or want to drop a few pounds.
