As a Appalachian we love this for a Buick breakfast! We add fresh chopped fried sausage and serve over biscuits. I freeze the gravy in quart size bags.

Best Quick Go to Gravy

We love Country Sausage Gravy!  I went on vacation down South and stayed at a hotel that served breakfast.  They served biscuits and gravy and they were just amazing.  After eating, I asked if the chef would share his recipe.  The waiter came back, got me and brought me to the chef where he was holding a huge can of Chef-mate Country Sausage Gravy!   We laughed and I have been buying it ever since.  It is delicious, creamy and has plenty of sausage.  Don't worry about buying a can this big, I put it in containers in the  freezer and take it out when I want it.  It freezes well, no breakdown at all.  The flavor is really great.  We love it!

This is the best gravy on the market. Other canned gravy and even fresh gravy can't compare to this stuff! Love it!

Best Sausage Gravy on the Market

I used it when we were camping, all I had to do was warm it up and served it over biscuits I made ahead (at home) and it was a quick, easy and delicious breakfast.

Delicious and convenient

Taste just like homemade!  Good thick gravy with great flavor.  I buy it for my men's group at church.  We use it with our monthly men's breakfast meeting.

Decent gravy if you like canned gravy brands like Libby's and great value brand. It's flavor is very mild, so if you like a lot of flavor you'll need to spice it up. Overall i think it's a good option if you have a lot of people to feed, especially if some like gravy plain and others doctored up, as you could divide it and flavor it for different palates. 
*Note: don't use a safe edge can opener, the ones that remove the lid without sharp edges.. .it broke mine in one turn.

I had to make BULK biscuits and gravy and this worked well to use as a base.  I added a lot more sausage and seasonings.  I did freeze prior to the event and it as very runny then. But it worked so well having it ready - I would just thicken it up more prior to freezing.

Great base started.

I went to Sams intending to purchase the powdered Morrison's gravy mix, but my Sam's Club apparently no longer stocks that item.  Instead, I purchased this product.  It's ok - simply not a great item.  I would not purchase in the future.
