Our family loves your product -BUT- you are not fooling us by making the roll of paper an inch smaller. We are not blind to that fact. We have to use more and you save moore. I do recomend your product because of the texture but not because of its size.

I just wanted you to know that the 12 double rolls of ultra soft came with 3 rolls that did not have cardboard holders. You may want to look at the batch with code 37000 86782. There is also another number 96524472 A. I hope this helps you to solve the problem with the machine.

I write reviews on occasion, but I have never wrote a review for toilet paper. What drove me to write this? Glad, you ask.  I normally buy charmin if it is available, just because its soft and thick, which leads us not to use so much and it last longer. But I am in love with the scalloped edges. I know, silly RIght? It is such a small touch, but when I see it, it gives me a little joy. So, here I go. I am on the hunt for more Mega Charmin Ultra Soft!

I am a registered nurse who works at a correctional facility. Every time I go to the store...no Charmin. We have been able to find
Scott toilet paper - yikes. I was diagnosed in January with Multiple Sclerosis and have been trying to adapt to my new reality. Meanwhile Coronoviris hit the news. We did not stockpile on necessities. Now we are suffering since we do not have our Charmin.
Please send us our beloved Charmin toilet tissue! My husband is an appliance technician, my son is a mechanic . All of us are considered "essential" - but we do not have the ability to get to the store for our necessities. We will continue to help others, please help us.

The new easy tear is glued to two rounds of toilet paper and it never pulls off without pulling off two whole rounds of toilet paper. I hate the new Charman easy tire

Bring back the old toilet paper. It's easier to pull. It doesn't pull off two whole rounds of toilet paper.

I am a toilet paper SNOB .  I have always bought Charmin for its quality and feel even though it was more expensive than other good brands.   I put it in my guest bathroom and was embarrassed by the quality of the multipack I bought.  Almost every roll had cut edges and most of it had overlapping layers throughout.it was awful !!
Why pay more money when the quality is not there,  I was going to attach photos but didn't see how I could.

What happened to the quality?

I am disappointed to find Charmin TP is now a quarter of an inch more narrow. I would rather pay more for the product than for the company to be so underhanded by reducing the amount and charging the same price. It is simply not wide enough and you end up having to use more.

Recently Charmin's width is narrower. This is very bad because now I have to use almost twice the roll just to achieve the same clean when I "go." Have been using Charmin Ultrasoft for as long as I can remember, but I have to switch to a different company's roll now.

I have been purchasing Charmin for as long as I can remember. The past few packages have been awful! The rolls are very thin, when you tear the paper little pieces of lint go flying everywhere and the paper just seems to fall apart, creating a mist of lint and messiness during use. 
Is this a pulp concentration issue due to the lumbar shortage? Will the old formula be put back into practice now that lumbar concerns have passed? 
At first I thought it may have been a bad batch, but after reading the other reviews, this is definitely part of a larger issue.

What Happened???

by making toilet paper 0.5" narrow you spoiled the product all together. If you need to make more money just charge more not cut on quality. It's useless now. I use 2x as much just to compensate for lost 0.5" I will be switching to another brand.
