Very happy with my purchase for the price you get a lot of banging for The money. It is also nice to know that I can run on gasoline or propane.
The thing about propane is, it can be stored for a longer length of time without being touched, unlike gasoline which will gain moisture

Great propane generator

I own a 6500 Champion generator an it has been great for 10 years. This new one has started out great on it's first run. The price, quality, output and length of running time is great. Thank you Champion.

Champion Power Equipment

I purchased this for emergency power but have needed it since I purchased it. I have cranked it on gasoline and checked it to make sure it is producing power correctly and it is. It is pull start and it cranks easily, and it is not real noisy.

Great buy

Worked well. We used it to power a stand up freezer, refrigerator, and electronic devices while power was out. Best part is we used propane so no need to deal with gas causing start issues next time we need to use.

Just what we needed during power failure

Bought this generator in preparation for bad storm. Great assembly and start up instructions. Started on the first pull. Wired it to my breaker panel and easily powered all my 120v breakers. Engine was extremely quite. Very pleased with my purchase.

Quality Product

Purchased a week before a hurricane. It easily ran our fridge, TV, dvd player and some fans.

Emergency power

Using the generator for emergencies and occasionally for work! Love that it is multi fuel.

Great price, generator started on second pull. Seems to be built well. Easy to set up with exception of removing shipping bolts that were in awkward positions.  Generator runs smoothly and without excessive noise.

My generator does whai need it to do, I'm satisfied with it and would buy another one if I need to, good piece of equipment to have in the storm or just to use with tools

I didn't get a chance to test this out thoroughly in this last storm that came through.

Still needs to be tested

Has always been difficult to start. Now, after less than a year it's dead, dead, DEAD!!! I just REPLACED the Carburetor, spark plug, gas, etc. and nada. Refuses to start. 2 hour wait trying to get to customer support. Manuals are horrible. If it runs, you'll be lucky. If it doesn't, you will never get it fixed or a replacement.
