Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is a good substitute for the discontinued Members Mark Mens 50+, which said on the label “Compare to Centrum Silver Mens 50+“. It compared well- - it was the same.  But Members Mark was sold in a larger bottle that was more convenient because it lasted nearly an entire year, yet featured Sam's club favorable Members Mark pricing and, as always, suburb Members Mark top notch quality.  So the Centrum Silver Mens 50+ is an excellent product, but it's not Members Mark.

Remembering Members Mark

Product recommended by my doctor to replace the individual supplements that I had been taking. I haven't noticed any negative effects, but I need some time to assess the overall impact of switching to this multivitamin. So far, so good.

Time will tell.

Whether I take it before or after meals, I always feel nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain! It will take about 2 hours to stop.
