This machine is pretty great. Since it uses your bodyweight instead of weight plates, it is much lighter than traditional type machines. It is also much quieter. Incredible amount of parts to assemble but everything was packed really well and the assembly instructions are pretty good. 
There are quite a few exercises that can be done on the machine but unfortunately there is no exercise guide that comes with the machine that tells what they are. The Centr website does have 5 workout videos each 35 minutes long that show many of the abilities but still doesn't cover all the exercises that the machine is capable of.
