What You'll Need

  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Bag of Cauliflower Pearls (16 oz.)
  • 1 Tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tsp. Gelatin Powder
  • 2/3 Cup Full Fat Coconut Milk
  • Green onion and black sesame seeds to garnish

How to Make It

  • In a pan over high heat, heat sesame oil. Add bag of Taylor Farms Cauliflower Pearls and saute for 2 minutes stirring consistently. Add salt, apple cider vinegar, gelatin powder and stir well. Add coconut milk and stir continuously until it comes to a boil. Continue to stir until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  • Remove from heat and let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  • Garnish with green onions and black sesame seeds
