The most tender beef that I have ever bought. It's surely top grade A meat that I have ever cut, prep, and cooked. The people at the event raved about how tender and flavored it was. Thank you. Sam's Club is where we will get our wholesale beef from. Thank you again.

Whole Beef Chuck Roll (the best ever).

I was really happy to get this large piece of Chuck and just cut up my own steaks or roast. The price per pound was great and my freezer is filled up.

A great buy this Chuck can be used for so many things with a meat slicer you can make some thin sliced steak sandwich meat and many others recipes, like this steak omelet.

Make your own steaks

I was hoping for a little larger cut of beef.  At the price per pound and the cost quoted, I had a calculation on the size of cut.  The size of the chuck roll at pickup was only 16 pounds, whereas I was expecting larger (19 pounds).  I suggest that you take the time to go into the store to choose your cut if you want a heavier.  A large chuck roll is easier to process in my opinion.

The bigger the better.

It was considerably larger than the one on the website, thus my price was considerably more. The meat itself was of good quality.

I BOUGHT A CHUNK OF BEEF!

Had hoped for a bigger one. I'd like to get one large one each month, but they are frequently out and seem to prefer stocking  the smaller sizes. It's a long way to drive when it turns out to be a waste of time.

Too small

Was buying these regularly. The reason I purchased my membership to Sams. Well they are not consistent, sometimes they are more fatty and much more silver skin attached than I've purchased previously. Recently they raised the price on them also. Not happy and not worth it for me since we already have to drive as far as we do to get to the only Sam's nearby.

Quality isn't Consistent, Not Worth the Price

The first one we got was perfect. The second one was terrible. We couldn't even cut it up and there was so much waste. Probably won't be buying from Sam's anymore.
