Cartel coffee's 48 blend is a great tasting coffee for both drip and pour over coffee. It has nice light medium flavor with a fruity finish that taste great black. We really love it!

Stand out local coffee

I'm really loving this coffee. It's very smooth, has great coffee flavor without being bitter. I've been struggling to find a coffee I really enjoy but so far this is hitting the mark. I'm in Southern AZ where they are based, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference in the freshness/quality buy it sure is delicious. And almost half the cost of what they charge locally so I really hope Sam's Club keeps this coffee.

Delicious

I was told about Cartel from friends in the southeast Valley. When I saw it available at Sam's Club, I had to pick it up...and wasn't disappointed when I did.  I use this on a fine/medium grind in a hand grinder with my Aeropress, and it tastes pretty great.  It has a bright taste to it, with notes of cherry and chocolate.  It's even good using it in a Bunn brewer at work, though I have to grind it courser and use more than I would with the dehydrated motor oil we usually drink.  

It's a better tasting coffee than most out in the market and about $20 cheaper than if you buy directly from their site.  This is a keeper and I hope they keep it around for a while. 

It's not the best I've ever had, but a lot closer to 5 stars than 4.

Very very Dry beans, taste is closer to soggy cardboard than coffee.

No flavor.  My husband and I did not care for this coffee at all.

Even for a medium roast this is not good.  NOT worth the $$ at all.  Has an odd bitter taste.  Location I went to did not have Starbucks or Peets options for whole bean.  Should have gone to a different location I guess.
