If you like iced tea like I do,you'll like this machine.  It's easy to operate, and makes delicious tea.  I've been using mine for years and my favorite tea is green tea with peach tea brewed together.

We have been using Lipton Diet Raspberry instant tea mix for over 20 years. They have quit making it so we had to find an alternative.  This ice tea maker is easy to use and it makes great tea.

Great Tea Maker

Excellent iced tea.  Much depends on tea selections and your choice of strength.   You'll notice it might seem strong at first but as the ice melts, the taste and boldness becomes more refined.  Experiment.

Quick n easy

Works much better than the old one it replaced.  Different brand, so that it is all on it.  This one is fast, relatively quiet and brews better tea.  I use several dufferent loose leaf teas, so no paper or mesh to interfer with the process or change the flavor.  Clean up is easy, even though i am using loose leaf, a couple of taps on the basket and it's empty.

Makes good iced tea, only downfall I see is having to use almost a full pitcher of ice to make it. So I put a 10lb. Bag of ice in outside freezer to remedy that. Haven't tried iced coffee yet, only green and black tea. Worth sale price, don't know if I would spend regular price ($55) on it or not.

Good iced tea!

The glass pitcher broke the first week. I stirred the ice tea with a wooden spoon and it busted.  I found a replacement plastic pitcher. The glass is a very bad idea. Very thin

Bad pitcher but great machine

Overall I like it but its a bit cheap. When I fill the water reservoir it leaks at first. Why, I dont know. It does make good iced tea. I like that the pitcher is glass.

Not that great

When this was received there was a part that was broken. I called and they sent a new part ….that is broken! Not worth the money!

Broken Tea maker

Bought this for my wife used it once the second time I used it all the hot water leaked out the bottom the machine can not be turned off so you half to pull the plug

Wouldn't buy this

I really hate to do this but after 3 uses, all it does is spew tea across my counter when I try to use it.  I've cleaned it and taken it apart every which way but I can't use it without it leaking tea everywhere while brewing now.  

Also, the build quality is flimsy.  I wanted a tea maker with a glass carafe vs plastic, but the pitcher is the thinnest glass you can imagine. I'm scared I'll break it if I set it down too hard on the counter. 

I do NOT recommend this tea maker.
