This chair is amazing.  I got it on sale a little before Christmas and could not be happier.  It was super simple to put together (literally two main parts).  The instructions for the power were very clear.  The chair is huge which I love.  It not only reclines but the space where your head rests adjusts as well.  It does not rock which I prefer, thus you can just sit in it while not reclining as well.  The leather is high quality.  We purchased a four piece, very inexpensive cover for it from amazon since we have a cat and it fits great and covers all areas of the leather.  The box that the chair comes in is very large.  If you get this delivered, talk to customer service to have it delivered directly to your front door, especially if you live on the second floor. I love this chair.

Just what I was looking for!

Worth every penny bought on sale for $599. You can't beat the price for Top Grain Leather..Comfortable...Quality Chair...Husband is 6'1" he says, "It is plenty large enough." Power controls are easy to use; as well as, smooth operation.

Quality

My recliner order came damaged, armrest had a broken hinge. I reported  the damages to the customer assistance office for the furniture company. they requested that I take some photos of the damage and send back them. After reviewing my photos they have scheduled a local dealer to repair the damaged armrest. The chair seems to meet my needs, but I have not used it yet and I'm awaiting the repair.

The chair is comfortable and operates as intended.
Our problem is the arms move almost an entire inch.
Not the  entire arm but the part that opens up for storage. When you put your arm on it it moves outward and is misaligned.

Very firm, controls in awkward position,  don't like metal around top of cup holders  However head control is better than most

If you like it firm it's great otherwise not so go

Leather recliner

Chairs were comfortable to sit in and I liked them (got 4 for a home theater setup) but I am returning due to a major flaw. If you set your hands on your lap or legs and leave your arms (elbows) on the arm rests, the edge where your arm touches the arm rest has zero padding.  It feels like bare right angle piece of wood and it digs into your arm. 

I thought about taking the arms off and trying to pad them, but you shouldnt have to rebuild furniture to make it comfortable - it should come that way.

This particular chair brand wasn't put together very well, arm was missing a screw and was broken right out of the box.

Smaller than expected. Hard to put back on did not align correctly. Not for someone over 5 foot tall for foot area

Not as expected

Defect on arms, the storage bins sit off to the side instead of right on. The plug keeps coming off the chair. We've ordered another chair.. let's see if this new one will be solid.
