I was skeptical at first, but they sound amazing. They aren't for people looking for noise suppression. I was not looking for noise cancelling, I was looking for something that sounded great but I could still be aware of the surrounding environment. 
I have not been disappointed, I really love not having that sticky gooey ear wax feeling.

I've had these about a month now and for me they are great.  Very comfortable, very good sound, pretty easy to use and setup.  App could be better with less duplication and a bit more intuitiveness (that's me anyway).  There are areas's that could be better are the cable: too short and should have been USB-C on both ends.  I also have had a few times where only on bud worked or linked up and had to put back in the case and take out again to fix on the spot.  The case is also a bit big for sure.  I'd think that easily could have been smaller.  More volume would be nice.

One of the best options out there.

These are awesome earbuds. The comfort and sound is beyond what I thought they would be. For almost the same price as AirPods, these are a way better product. As for the battery life, they last days without recharging. I bought a pair for my daughter who was always about AirPods, and she loves the battery life and sound quality of these over the AirPods.

Worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Bose earbuds as a gift. I was thrilled with them. The sound is awesome. Fast charging and last very long compared to other earbuds that I've had in the past Apple earbuds I really like the volume that is not extremely high, but the quality of sound is awesome. Very comfortable. Almost don't notice you have them in your ears for eight hours at work.

One of the best earbuds I ever had

The reason I bought these earbuds was to go on long walks in the busy city and these worked amazingly I can hear all my surroundings and my music at the same time this is a game changer and the sound quality is great for something that's not too close to your ear

The app has a built in eq settings

Finally found a pair of earbuds that stay on my ears and are comfortable.  Previously I owned Beats and Apple
Pods and had discomfort after prolonged use.  I find that the Bose ultra open earbuds provide great sound, great quality and stylish comfortable design.

Most comfortable earphones for sensitive ears.

I bought these recently because I needed a way to listen to music and podcasts without disturbing others. They really fit nicely and can hold a charge for quite a long time. I should mention that I have been a Bose customer since the mid-70's and have multiple versions of speakere systems, both hard wired and bluetooth. The sound wuality has and always will be excellent.

Excellent Quality Earbuds.

They sound great. The noise canceling is excellent. I bet people come up to me and have to nudge me to get my attention because I cannot hear them. And they are comfortable.
I don't know if that's 50 characters yet. But I'm not gonna count them to make sure so if it works it works if it doesn't, it doesn't too bad.

Sounds good

I bought these a month ago, and I'm so disappointed. I got them to replace some that I bought in 2020 that finally crapped out. On the plus side, the fit is nice, and the noise cancelling works really well (just what I expected from my last pair).  What I hate about them is that the voice that comes on and give you alerts like, "Battery 100%" is really loud, which is problematic for 2 reasons: 1. it just hurts my ears. 2. I use these to sleep to drown out my husbands snoring and the alerts come on when I am asleep and wake me up. Now, let's talk about why that is. It's because these darn things stop working after about 20 minutes. From my research I gather that this is related to not moving. So, if it takes me longer than 20 minutes to fall asleep, they go off before I would like. But, when I AM asleep, they randomly come on with the loud voice to let me know that the battery is 100%. I contacted customer support and was told that there is no way to adjust the volume of the alerts since it's a "default setting." I absolutely hate these things, and I'm planning to return them. I hope I can do that.

Horrible!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bose Ultra Open Earbuds as a Christmas gift, and while I had high hopes, my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Within a month, I had to send them back for a replacement because they wouldn't maintain a Bluetooth connection. The audio would constantly drop in and out, making them nearly unusable.

Bose sent me a new pair, and now, about a month later, I'm dealing with the exact same issue. For earbuds that cost nearly $300, I expected much better reliability. While they are incredibly comfortable to wear, the persistent technical issues completely overshadow that benefit.

If you're looking for high-quality, hassle-free earbuds, I can't recommend these. The connection problems are just too much of a headache. I wouldn't buy them again.
