Great suction, hair doesn't get wrapped around the roller , 2 of the tools keep falling off of their storage area but that's no big deal. I thought my old vacuum was doing ok till I used this one it's amazing how much dirt and hair it picks up. I have 5 large to XL breeds and this picks up all the hair no problem.

Dog owners best friend

Needed a light weight vacuum that helped with our pet hair hurricane. This is THE best vaccum we have ever purchased. Highly recommend for a multi-pet home!! You will love it!

Fuzzy pet home resolved!

I love this vacuum. The suction is great for all the dog hair my 2 fur babies shed off. The self winding cord is a huge plus, no more running over the cord, or fighting with the cord as you vacuum. Just pull out what you need as you need it and with a click of a button with your foot it winds right back in. The one negative thing I have found is that the attachment pieces don't hold in place well so they are constantly falling off as I vacuum. Other than that, this vacuum is a great purchase.

Must have for all that annoying dog hair

I had just vacuumed my living room and hallway when my old vacuum died. 2 days later I purchased this vacuum and decided to try it right away. I could not believe the dirt that it sucked up out of the carpet! 
1 1/2 containers…The old vacuum clearly wasn't doing the job I thought it was doing!! I absolutely love this vacuum!

AMAZING!

This is the most powerful vacuum that I have ever used. I have vacuumed and shampooed my carpet several times and I THOUGHT it was cleaned. Since I bought this machine... oh my goodness, the dust, dog hair, and other debris it has picked up. It has also fluffed up the knap of the carpet... it looks new in spots. It's amazing!!!! I have since, purchased one for my son.

Awesome Purchase!

Just bought this to replace my shark. Great on hardwood and bare floors and wonderful for pet hair. A little bulky in terms of size and attachments are awkward for furniture. Would recommend highly for someone with dogs or cats that shed that has lots of hardwood, for someone who is going to be using the hose attachment a lot on furniture, I might look around first.

Great for pet hair and bare floors

I like that the vacuum is lightweight and it does a good job at picking up the dirt. My only concern is that the brush doesn't stop turning when in an upright position or when using the attachments. We got the vacuum on sale so it was certainly a good deal.

Bissell vacuum

I purchased this to replace a 3 y o Bissel that had stopped doing its job well.  While this model was a minor downgrade the price it was being offered at was unbelievable ($69). This vacuum is picking up lots of dust that the other never did. I took off one star because the cord is just a bit shorter than my needs and because the vacuum is incredibly loud.

It does the job

Overall it cleans well but the design has issues. The power step button is near the release and cord buttons. So it easy to turn it off if you are trying to release the button to start to vacuums. The hose has the extender on it so there is no way to get into tight areas because there is 2 feet of stiff plastic attached at the end. The hose accessories don't stay on the vacuum nor the hose very well and during clean fall off. The base is bulky compared to other vacuums we've had and do not fit in the closet we've used before.

Design flaws

Used it twice and the cord won't wind back up and it is also way, too short making it a challenge without adding an extension cord. Also, adjustments are challenging… either too high and doesn't suck up well or too low and you can't push it.
