White Glove Delivery+
White Glove Delivery+ includes:
- Set up of the item(s) in the room of your choice.
- Assembly of a universal bed frame (if no tools are required).
- Setup is not provided for any base or frame not sold by Beautyrest.
- Removal & disposal of an old mattress or set
- The delivery agent can refuse pickup of any stained mattress and/or foundation for the safety of the drivers. The Member will have to dispose at their own expense.
- The member may ask the delivery agent to move a used mattress to another room in lieu of removal.
- Removal and disposal does not apply to waterbeds, platform beds, adjustable bases or any other furniture.

120 Night In-Home Trial
It takes time to adjust to your new mattress which is why we want to give Sam’s members up to 120 nights to try it risk-free (trial period starts on the day of delivery). If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your mattress or set for a full refund. If you feel the mattress may be defective, please reach out to our Serta Simmons Customer Service team to discuss options under the 10-year limited warranty.

What is the Beautyrest Order Process
All Beautyrest mattresses are made to order. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for production and delivery.
- The Member will receive a call, text and email from our White Glove Delivery partner, (RXO) within 48 hours of placing your order to schedule your home delivery.
- If you haven’t been contacted within 48 hours, please contact the Beautyrest Sam’s Club team at (385) 256-9674.
- You will be provided with a 4-hour delivery window 24 hours before your scheduled delivery date.
- Standard delivery hours are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. "
What bases are compatible with this mattress? Does it need a Boxspring?
Boost the height of your bed by setting your mattress against a foundation. You can purchase this mattress with a box spring or as a mattress only, and pair with a suitable base. The Silver Kayden mattress is compatible with platform foundations and solid surface bed frames.
