This BBQ gazebo is perfect in so many ways.  We purchased with online pickup.  Everything is encased within two boxes.  Instruction booklet or online website app made it easy to put together.  It did take two days to put together, and you need 3 or 4 people to put the roof on after it's built.  But it makes a great addition to our pool deck.  Highly recommend if you want a classy BBQ gazebo.

Perfect BBQ Cover

My wife and I was able to put this together in about 7 hrs. That's included taking breaks and lunch. The directions are step by step and very simple. Please don't be afraid to tackle this project! I bought this one and the 12×14 at the same time. That one took 2-3 because of the rain!

Love it!!!

Easy to follow directions.  Came with everything needed except for a drill.  Impact driver would be preferrable.  Would suggest putting metal on the roof panels after it is up rather than before as the instructions suggest,  It is quite heavy without the metal and 2 people would not be enough to get it up on top with the metal attached

Worth the price

Very high quality. Put it together in 6 hours. I recommend if you are assembling this alone, put the room frame on and then attach the metal roof panels. It is well over 200 labs with the roof panels attached. This will make sense once you see the directions. If you have 2 or 3 people to help you, then just build it how they tell you.

High quality, worth the price

Love this Gazebo! I have looked at this for a couple of summers in Sam's Club for our top deck. I finally decided to buy, since they have the best price on this. Husband & I built this in one weekend on the top deck. The roof was the tricky part because you build the roof & put it on at one time. We barely had enough room to build it on the deck & took a lot of thinking & maneuvering, but we got it. 
The quality of the deck is amazing!

Beautiful Gazebo!

Very happy with the quality of this gazebo. All wood and metal was in good shape. No dents, knots, or dings. Purchased in store. Comes in two boxes. Instructions are very clear except for screwing the roof panels and trim. Other then that it was very easy to follow. Complete setup took about 2 days. You'll need 3 people to help put the roof on. Beautiful gazebo

Beautiful high quality gazebo

My daughter and I built the frame. I built the rest. I did have to get some strong guys to lift it on the frame and I finished it myself. I'm 66 years old and it looks great. Instructions were easy to follow. The parts were all labeled. Including the hardware. They even supplied some tools. I would buy more projects from this company. It's strong and heavy I don't think wind will be any problem.

Backyard Discovery Grill Gazebo

I RARELY give 5 Star Reviews.  To be true to the purpose of reviews, I always seem to find something. But this is truly a 5 Star product.  The product came in 2 (heavy) boxes.  I would suggest picking up with a pickup, large SUV or have a trailer.  Everything was well packed and each box had its own packing list.  I had no shortages after checking everything.  And I mean everything! They give you the bits (T-30 bit & handle, magnetic bit holder, Phillips anti-sink tip, nut driver and the drill bit for the mounting of the electric box). Only had to have my own drill, impact gun, tape measure & level.  

After checking everything in, I decided to assemble what I could to store in the garage until the installation area was ready.  I fully assembled the sides with counters, front & rear carrying beams & roof frame without the roof panels.  Once my footers were poured I was able to set up the 5 preassembled pieces in under 2 hours myself without assistance.  I then attached the roof panels.  

Backyard Discovery was awesome in sending me out the 1 screw I broke (on the counter), I had it in 3 days!  They have customer service available 7 days a week which I was shocked!  I will definitely be adding the Pergola by Backyard Discovery from Sam's Club. I have received many compliments from friends and neighbors wanting to know where I got this so they can get one.  Overall, a great addition to the back yard.

A True 5 Stars!

I have been looking for one of these for several years. I saw this gazebo at Sam's for $400 less than everywhere else. I couldn't pass it up

Great gazebo at a great price

Easy to assemble.  The directions are top notch.  Everything lined up perfectly and the finished project is absolutely beautiful.  Took my wife and I 7 hours to assemble, what helped was laying everything out as instructed.

Great gazebo

Placed order online, drove 60 miles to pick up the gazebo, but when I got home, I noticed that Box 1 of 2 had multiple hand written messages " do not sell" and when I open the box I noticed that 1 of the main boards that sustain the roof was cracked. It is probably easier to duplicate the board with 2x4, than driving 60 miles to return it but I'm very disappointed that  Sam's gave me a bad known box.
