Best avocados I have ever purchased. We travel about a hour from our house to buy this product. We buy a couple bags each trip. They last a long time and do not turn brown quickly. They are bright green inside and creamy. Have a rich flavor. We have purchased them about 5 times now and they are all great.

Perfect Avocados

I haven't purchased avocados from Sam's club for almost 2 years because many times they were priced higher than I wanted to spend per bag and when I did purchase a bag of avocados they did not ripen properly - 1/2 of the avocado would be soft and the other 1/2 was still hard. They weren't tasty either.  I feel that my current purchase of avocados was reasonably priced, the avocados were a nice size and they ripened beautifully along with tasting good.

Avocados  to die for.
I purchased an avocado for 5.00 at Publix, 2 weeks  ago, when I cut it open it was black inside. Straight to the trash.  This  was just one of  many I've wasted money on.
I  added this 5 count bag of Avocados to my Sams Delivery order Last week.
Gave one to my neighbor, and I had one right away.  It was the best I've had in years,  I had one the next three days and every one was just as good as the last.

An Avocado to die for.

Very good price for these large Haas avacados. This time of year (summer) seems to provide good texture and taste results. You'll not likely find a ripe and ready-to-eat bag, but that's an advantage, as you can ripen at your own pace so they last longer and are ready when needed.

Nice Texture and Taste

Price was great, but half the bag was already bad. So I'll probably never buy again. The green mesh bag makes it impossible to see actual color of fruit. I'm a Californian and I usually can pick great avocados by feel alone. change to a clear bag so we can see the fruit.

Value priced avacado

I must have done something wrong! The avocados was hard to the touch when I bought them and started getting a little soft to the touch after 2-3 days, indicating they were ready to eat, the first one was okay but the res had black spots in the meat, I could dig a little around to avoid the spots on the second avocado but the rest was too damaged and did not look eatable so it trashed the rest, I must have handled them poorly as I frequently buy these avocado's at Sam's first one's there turned bad on me!

I must have bone something wrong!

I was disappointed with this purchase, not only did the price double on theses. They used to be a little under $5 and had to pay almost $9 for the pack.  They were also not very ripe and when they finally softened up i cut into them and they were all black inside. I think out of those 5 avocados only 1 was edible.

Disappointing

I ordered online for delivery. Super disappointed in the quality of produce received. Avocados were all rotten.  I contacted Sam's Club and provided them a photo and they were kind enough to refund me.

Quality Control would be nice...

Not one decent avocado worth eating in this batch. Seems like they are always too cold (just out of the refrigerator) which perhaps is slowing down the natural ripening process. They are cold, hard and when left out for a couple of days at home to ripen, we cut them open and they are black and already rotten inside.

Save your money and don't buy.

I cut open all the avocado in about a week. All five avocados in the bag had cold damage—brown/black veins. Two had rotted insides where the meat broke apart and had some mold. The edible ones tasted off.
