Astepro allergy has flexible dosing, so it can be used either once or twice daily for allergy relief.</p> <h3>Full-Prescription Strength Allergy Medicine Available Without a Prescription</h3> <p>This nasal spray is steroid-free, alcohol-free and fragrance-free. One spray contains 205.5 mcg of azelastine HCl. This pack contains Astepro Allergy antihistamine nasal spray powerful and effective steroid-free allergy relief.</p> <h3>How To Use</h3> <p>Adults and Children 12 years and over: This product may be used either once or twice a day. I have dust allergies.  I use Astepro during the evening after taking Claritin.  My allergic reactions are lessened by using this nasal spray, but I still have a lot of nasal discharge when I wake up in the morning.  Also my eyes are itchy when I wake up and I sneeze several times.   I recently started using Fluticasone nasal spray once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Great allergy solution

I have significant nasal congestion allergies, primarily due to cat dander. This works great when I need it.

I was looking for a healthier allergy option and was happy to find that this local antihistamine is just as effective as an allergy pill.

Great product for a great price

I ordered the Adult Astepro but received the Children's.  I didn't want to bother with a return so I decided to try it, and it actually works very well.  The main active ingredient is actually a higher dosage than the adult generic Azelastine.

Children's Dose works great on Adults!
