La Paulina® Natural Asadero Cheese is smooth and tangy, similar in texture to Monterey Jack and Provolone. Asadero cheese is commonly referred to as Oaxaca cheese. As Oaxaca (quesillo thread cheese), the cheese is braided into long ribbons and rolled up like a ball. Asadero is the same cheese, pressed into the shape of a brick.
