Absolutely!  Our Perna-nyl Nylon flags are intended for outdoor use in wet and windy conditions.  Our flag is water-resistant, colorfast, tear-resistant, and fast-drying.  Perma-Nyl nylon holds-up extremely well in all weather conditions.
