How does my plan work with the manufacturer's warranty?
TVs at Sam’s Club come with a manufacturer’s warranty that lasts one year from the date of purchase. If there is an issue during this time that is covered by the warranty, you will be referred to the manufacturer for service. If there is an issue that is not covered by the manufacturer during the warranty period but is included in your Allstate plan, Allstate will cover it.
To file a claim:
Register your protection plan at www.squaretrade.com/SamsClub (this step is not required to file a claim)

Have your receipt and covered item with you if you have not registered your plan.

Most TVs are repaired by an in-home repair technician on their first visit. If we can't repair it, or if your TV is under $500, we’ll send you a replacement or reimburse you for one.
