Can't comment on the product itself, because we never got it. Ordered this on Dec 6 as a Gift and the delivery date promised was Dec 17th. Disappointed that it was promised, but not shipped. Had to pivot at the last minute to find something else. Called Customer Service today (Dec 22) and it was a good experience. Without me having to explain anything, they saw it had not shipped and quickly offered to issue credit for the item. They had no explanation for why it was delayed, but i assume it was because it was offered in their sale catalog and was oversold.

Too expensive for what was in the package. The bowl was not worth the money either, should have left it out. I wasn’t wanting to pay for a bowl.

It looked like they forgot half the stuff. I saw more cardboard than product. 3rd year I bought this gift basket, it will be my last.

I ordered this on December 6, 2024 and today, December 20, 2024 I still hae not received it. It says Delivery December 17 and here we are no deliveries. I was hoping to provide this as gifts and I had time, but not reliable. Shame on these people for saying they have it online when they know they're not going to deliver it. Now, I'm out the funds that I paid for these because they said they're going to deliver it when it becomes available. Liar, Liar, Liar
