I love this vacuum steam mop it cuts the time in half because I don't have to sweep then mop I can do it at once and it picks up all my dog's hair. I like it had a tray it sits on when not using it and we can sit it there to self clean. I'm happy with my purchase.

Pros:
All in one mop and vacuum 

Cons:
You have to take the entire thing apart after every use to get it clean. Where you save time in the initial stage of cleaning your house you make up by having to clean the mop afterwards. 

PSA just get the self cleaning model and spend a little more money.

It's alright. Don't recommend though

This is just a vacuum that gets your floor wet. I'm so disappointed. You can still see every spot on the floor after a thorough run with the solution provided. The photo below is what our floors looked like after they dried. I bought it to clean our lament floors because the dogs make moping with a bucket difficult.  I'm gathering now that it's probably just meant to clean spills or vacuum. To be fair, it is a decent hard floor vacuum, and it will clean dirt of the floor if you hold in there in one spot for 3 minutes, but I doubt that's what anyone is looking for

Just a bummer

I purchased this for my cleaning company and needless to say it did NOT  hold up to standards. For some reason I thought it would work best for small spaces however it doesnt mop good at all. its differently not worth $200. more like $50. I would strongly recommend just using the cedar spin mop. you will get more work done with less backache. Im going to return this product as it did not meet expectations.

Dont waste your money or time.

I'm not able to use it because the cap for the clean water chamber doesn't have the cap!  I tried using it today 7/8/2023.  So, I'm needing the cap or the whole thing will be replaced!  I had a mess with the solution all over the floor!  Not happy at all!  Someone didn't do there job making sure everything was packaged properly!

I really dislike this! I want to return it but dont have original packaging. The first time I used it I was really impressed, but every time after, Ive just put it away mid use and used my other vacuum and mop. It leaves dirty water on the floor no matter how many times I clean the reservoir and brush mid use. It leaves theses weird white streaks (from the cleaner maybe) on my hard wood floors that make them look 10x worse than when before I cleaned them.

Hate this thing!

Furious.  I ordered this item for pickup and the box had been previously opened and damaged. I removed the loosly slapped on tape to find the bissel was dirty and tossed carelessly into the box. I should also add 5hat there is the shipping lable and return lable from a customer and address that is not me. This is unexceptable.

The idea of this vacuum is that it vacuums and mops at the same time. It does this but cleaning it is a real pain! If you don't clean it after every use to molds and smells terrible. It would be way faster to just use a mop than to clean the inside of the vacuum.

Cleaning is a pain

Purchased this because I thought it would save me time when cleaning my floors but boy was I wrong! What would normally take me 30-40 minutes turned out to be more than 2 hours. I finally had to turn to my old friend mop to actually clean the floors. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because the vacuum part of the cleaner really works well but if that is all I needed I wouldn't have spent this much for just a vacuum.  Sad because I have always bought Bissell products and have never had a bad experience until the CROSSWAVE. I ordered online and picked up at the store and the box looked like it had been previously opened maybe this was someone else's return? I don't know the only thing I do know for sure is it does not work as stated. Save your money and keep your mop.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

I don't know what people see in this mop. It spews the dirty water if you're not holding it just right. I had to go over my floor twice to get it clean and still went back in by hand to get the spots it missed. Bogus product. O-cedar spin mop better than this.
