This tree was worth every cent. It was much better than I expected. Honestly very life like. I love it.

Want a tall lush tree for your space, this is it!

Not as realistic as I expected. Nobody will mistake it for a real ficus since the leaves are thin. I like the basket and real bark trunk. I also like that the branches are bendable so you can shape them for the space as needed. It's also very light and easy to move. Much cheaper than in store. It serves its purpose but don't expect an incredibly realistic tree.

Nice but not realistic

It is very thin and not at all like the picture. Shame on you Sam's Club.  It arrived with all of the twigs, they are not branches, bent and broken from being in the box. The trunk is just cut off at the top and sticks out since there is hardly foliage to cover it.  My husband said it looks like it was hit by a hurricane and the top was snapped off. I tried to take it to my local club to return it but the system wouldn't process it because I used my cash back to purchase it. They wouldn't even give me a store credit. Calling customer service and mailing it back is too much of a hassle. 
I don't recommend this at all. Don't waste your time or money.

This tree doesn't look anything like the picture. The branches are really loose and the tree doesn't have as many as it shows on the picture. I plan on returning it.

Save your money

Very disappointed at how it looked nothing like the picture.  Would not recommend buying this.  Called to return and was told I could return in store.  NOT the case.  I waited at the return counter forever while they had to call due to my order being in limbo.  The customer service on the phone were rude to the Sams Club employees asking them for personal information that wasn't needed, and barely spoke English.  Overall experience was not good at all.  Will not be purchasing online again.
