The bins are just the right size for me to be able to pack and store myself. The latches  are tight and the stack beautifully.  You can clearly see everything inside and they don't take up a lot of space.

The app was not working for a while and caused a bit of confusion. once the app started working properly we were able to pick up our items. I did have one item missing which I did get a refund for. overall it was a good experience.

Nice size. Using them for a big move. They only thing I don't like is the clamping part pops off easily. But, for the price they were fine.

Arrived damaged. Some of the lids were broken due to the shipping. Sams Club was very generous in sending me new ones and letting me keep the damaged ones. Customer service was very easy to get the new shipment...just a pain to have to deal with. Better packing could have prevented this issue.

These are great containers and have no complaints other than how they were shipped and that is with no packing material to protect them.  No bubble wrap.  The first shipment I received, all of them had been smashed in one way or the other. After reporting this to Sam's the issue was resolved.  Thank you, Sams.  This shipment, still no protection, but only a few corners had been smashed.

A little care with packaging would go a long way..

The latches broke the first time I put the lid on. One was already broken. Has little male parts that latch the handles. Very cheap made, and broke off.

Bought two packs of five. One out of the ten was broken. The corner is shattered in pieces and side separated and was unrepairable. Delivery by UPS.

Brittle plastic.

These are great containers- if they would come packaged well and not broken.  I got an order with 2 lids broken on the ends so they wouldn't snap on, and the replacement order had 2 of the containers broken on the edges and another lid damaged.  They need to put some padding around the tops of the containers in the box, as just putting 'Fragile' on the box does NOT keep shippers from tossing the very light weight box around.

These arrived broken - twice!

At least two lids are broken every time. Tired of always having to print return label and take package to Fed-ex. Big waste of time. Wish Sam's would package better.
