Whenever I pick up any dietary product, I will always look for sugar content first. Not only 4D does not have any sugar, it is gluten and GMO free. It contains 0 calories which is a plus point for me since I am trying to loose weight. I tried 4D clean energy pack different time of the day to see the result and how it varies. I usually go to work very early in the morning so I use 1 pack right after my breakfast and it really helps me to focus. Then I tried before going to the gym and It helps me to maintain my energy level and fast recovery. It also helps me if I take 15-30 minutes before any activities and I do not feel any crash since it provides a very smooth and steady energy flow. Most products that are sugar free have after taste but 4D does not have any after taste.

The 4D Premium packets have been a pleasant experience to use. However, the majority of the other brands we have sampled have an unpleasant, bitter aftertaste. It's listed as helping with focus, joint care, skin, and electrolytes. We would highly recommend to friends and family.

Great taste!

Used product before a workout and was pleasantly surprised by the taste. Was pretty good! The caffeine in it was just right to where i didnt have the jitters but also gave me some pick up. I enjoy the convenient pouches that are single servings. Also pretty clean ingredients!

Yum!

I recently gave the 4D Premium Energy Performance packets a try. I decided to follow the recommendation of taking it 30 minutes before exercising. The drink is super easy to mix, and I could prepare it on the go. After using it regularly, I definitely felt like I had more energy and stamina during my workouts. The product also claims to help with skin health, boost the immune system, and support joint care, so I'm planning to keep using it to see if I notice any improvements in those areas.

One thing I wasn't a fan of was the tropical punch flavor. It made it a bit harder to drink quickly since I didn't really enjoy the taste, but that's just my personal preference.

Overall good but taste can improve

This drink is great for hydration and an extra boost of energy. The tropical punch flavor was very good, not my most preferred flavor but that's just my personal taste. I feel like it's sweet enough but would have liked it a little less sweet. Overall good!

Good drink choice!

Taste was pretty decent. It was fruit punch. Says one packet in 16-24oz water. Standard bottle of water is about 16oz so I did the whole packet in one bottle of water. I think it was a little strong so I added more water before drinking it all. It did give me energy and it was refreshing.

Fruit punch 4D yummy

I was excited to try this product once received.  Prior to my gym workout, I mixed one packet with a bottled water.  Drink was a bit grainy however the flavor was great.  My energy seemed to be sustained through my workout which was a plus for me.  I may suggest mixing it with room temp water and then chilling if you like it cold to avoid it from remaining grainy. Overall great taste!

Performance Drink

I was hoping I would like the tropical fruit punch flavor, but it wasn't really something that I enjoyed. The Energy Supplement mixed well.  It's packaging states that it's gluten, soy & GMO free, with zero calories and is vegan.  But, since I only tried one packet and didn't finish the whole thing, I can't speak about whether or not it actually gives you more energy or not.

Energy Supplement

🥰this 4D supplement drink that's packed with vitamins. I do feel more energized after taking it in the morning. I wish that it comes with other flavors, because I am not a fruit punch person, but the taste is okay. The caffeine helped replaced my coffee. You may want to drink it quick, because the drink changed from pink to yellow after couple hours, so it does oxidize.

4D Energy

I had high hopes for this product. Sadly said nothing for my energy. I tried this on a trip where lots of walking was involved and hoped this would help, it did not. Also the flavoring is so sweet and has a horrible artificial taste. Once I drank it all it left a horrible after taste and actually made me thirsty. Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend
