This chair is extremely comfortable. After trying many chairs before purchasing this one we realized that we were impressed with the comfort and quality of the La-z-Boy brand. Unfortunately there was not a display in the store to test the chair prior to purchase. We were looking for a big & tall chair for my son (6'4) and needed a chair with a seat base long enough to be comfortable for his legs. We we decided to purchase it without testing it out and were rewarded with a great chair! The lumbar support was the best part! It is as if they understand how people use this chair.  Good lumbar support when sitting up and removing it when reclining back. The cushions are sturdy and appear to be made to last.  The structure of the chair is also sturdy for a big and tall person. I am is average height (5'6) and it is comfortable for me as well. Overall it is a quality piece of furniture for the price.

Great support and comfortable chair

Nice Office Chair

I absolutely love all my Lazy boy furniture from our couches to our recliners and this office chair is no different.  Well built as all their products are and extremely comfortable and stylish.

Incredible comfort

Very sturdy and comfortable at a reasonable price.  Just what you expect from La-Z-boy.

Excellent purchase

So far, so good. This chair replaces a previous La-Z-Boy home office chair that was purchased seven years ago. The faux leather of the previous chair cracked within a couple of years even though the chair itself was still structurally sound and intact. This chair seems to be more sturdy and I’m hopeful the faux leather will wear better. The brown color is very attractive.

I thought I was going to love this chair, but it disappointed me. The leather is torn right next to one of the screw holes. I only had it one day before this happened. There are also two rub marks on each side of the back from where I played it on a sheet to put it together.

Disappointed

After a couple years it squeaks like crazy and the brown color wears off even though the fabric is still in good shape.. Material on the arms is cracking and wearing too.

Make sure it will be covered when

The  faux leather on this chair peels over time.  Chair is comfortable but unsightly.  Not happy with the way it looks.

Sam’s Lazboy Office Chair

I had a big and tall La-Z-Boy that I bought from Sam's That I have used for ~12 years.  Like all the other pictures the "leather" came off in a number of regions.  I even had a front seam rip and all the front cushioning slowly broke away over the years.  All the front padding finally fell of a couple months ago.  

I thought I was buying the same thing again.  This chare is substantially smaller and of lower quality.  It has an odd lumbar support feature that retracts lumbar support when you lean back.  This feature is incredibly  uncomfortable. 
 
My old one missing several inches at the front is more comfortable. 

I usually trust products from Sam's part of why I get a membership is that I know they have a limited selection but they have company buyers that get the best product for the best price for customers. That is what they sell.  This new version of Sam's La-Z-Boy Big & Tall chair really misses the mark.

Lower quality and smaller than in the past.

Do not Recommend. It says rated for 350, but I don't think that's accurate. 
Falls apart after about a year. 
Its the BEST chair up until it breaks. 
I've had two of them. 
The base where the shock mount cracks - if you have a welder you can keep it alive longer. (remove the gas shock before welding)
Where the back folds, and where it clicks in, the plastic wears out where the pin holds and then it falls "back" while sitting in it. 
So while this chair is my favorite most comfortable chair, it breaks easily. 
I do not recommend, unless you are ok with a yearly chair bill. 
If you aren't over 300 lbs, this chair will probably last longer.
