I love this pan. It heats quickly and evenly. The new nonstick coating stays nonstick use after use. I use it in the morning for my eggs and in the evenings for both entrees and veggies. I get a nice browning on my meat. I love a that it is a good nonstick without PFOAs. The handle is super comfortable and makes it a pleasure to use. The Italian craftsmanship really shines through.

amazing non stick

This is my go to pan for making skillet meals for my family.  Fantastic frying, sauteing and simmering-  It's an incredible non stick pan. I have been using this pan on a daily basis and continue to be impressed by the performance. This pan exceeds expectations.

Several months ago I needed to purchase new non stick frying pans.  I decided to go with another popular brand.  The pan part worked very well but the handle was horrible.  Designed with sharp edges.  Upon deciding I needed to get rid of those pans I looked at all options.  These pans impressed with the way they are made all over and with wonderful rounded handles.  They look like, feel like and cook like professional pans!!!!

They are NOT made in Germany, but in Italy. The pans are measured from rim to rim and not the base of pan, making the pans really small. The 8 inch pan can maybe fry 2 eggs max!
