I ordered this from the Sam's Club website. The delivery was right on time. Between unpacking and assembly was about 20 minutes. Once filled with gas and oil the mower starts right up first pull everytime. I have a small yard and this is perfect for my needs.

Easy to assemble, starts right up.

I bought this to replace my 15 yr old mower. I needed a no frills lightweight mower and wanted to larger back wheels. The hardest part about setup was getting it out of the box since the wheels were set so they were above the bottom of the deck. The rest of the setup was super simple. Adjust the wheels add a few pieces of hardware, add the oil and gas and start it up. The mower started on the first pull and continues to start on the first pull. It is super easy to push and on steep slopes the lightweight and larger back wheels make it very easy to navigate the terrain. For the price and what I was looking for I would buy this mower again and again. Very happy with my purchase.

Best no frills mower

Perfect for what we need! The big wheels in the back make it easier to mow our driveway. We are pleased with this purchase. The price was better than other places and shipping was super quick.

21in Push mower

Mower is very light and easy to use.  I don’t like the fact that the side discharge does not stay on in unlevel yard gets knocked off easy. I bolted it to the frame. If it had not been for that issue I would have given it 5 stars. I would recommend the mower.

Mower

Set up challenges but not enough to return the mower. Not in the instructions is the wheels’ bolts have to be loosen in order to move the four orange height levers up and then tighten the wheels’ bolts again. The manual instructions have diagrams only and no words. Step 4 of Foam Air Filter is vague. Do you soak the filter with oil???? Sometimes you need words. The mower cuts good. I guess if the instructions were better; the price of mower would go up.

Always need better instructions

Excellent mower at really good price…but the assembly wasn’t done well, leaving several loose connections.

Good item, mediocre assembly.

Mower starts in one pull.  Had to tighten the front left wheel prior to third use, as the height lever would not stay in place.  Flap on back of mower slipped under the mower as pulling the mower backwards and thus was cut off by the turning blade.

Okay Mower

they sent the wrong parts and will not ship the correct ones.  It's been well over a week.  this company has awful customer service.  they won't return my calls.  Very frustrated with them.

Very poor delivery and worse customer service

After two uses the side of the engine blew out throwing a rod and oil every where. I will be loading up the mower tomorrow to return it.

Maybe a Lemon ?

Lawn mower came with scratches on the metal and a carburetor that had to be replaced by a Briggs and Stratton dealer. It was 20 days until I could use it.  Seemed like mower was repackaged
