I am so pleased with this West Bend Rice Coiker.  I've used it several times already and even made a Jambalaya in it.  Works great ! Really like the design of lid too.

Great purchase  from Sam's Club !

Purchased this as a gift to my Son who makes a ton of fried rice - he absolutely LOVES IT! He says it is such a time saver - he can put in the rice and walk away. Even set a timer for it to be made later. And can even steam veggies at the same time. He raves about this cooker all the time.

Our family loves it!  Rice comes out perfect.  Though we haven't tried out the other multi-functions yet, we like the idea we can also make oatmeal or Quinoa in it as well.

This is a great rice cooker especially for the price! I got it for my ex and have teased him every since about swapping mine of another brand name for his. Lol. Great quality and features!

A great rice cooker, ESPECIALLY for the price!

Great rice cooker. Really like that it takes up less space but makes just as many cups as our old one.

Great size

I have used this rice cooker only once.. cooked 5 cups of rice using the cup they provided. The rice fluffed up almost all the way to the top.. not sure if it would fit the 6 cups they advertise. The rice was nicely cooked and it's great you can see through the top. I really like the look and feel of the outside. 
2 cons though. One is when you open the rice cooker, there's water that falls down from the lid and pools right around the top area (surrounding the rice bowl).. it doesn't have a little plastic pouch that contains the water like what I'm used to.. so you have to constantly wipe the pooled water. 2nd is that only after 2 hours, the rice that touches the bowl at the very top gets hard already.. not sure if mine is just too hot or what.

It does what it's supposed to do

This cooker is good but it's not perfect. After cooking the rice, it remains lots of water at the edge

I might have to return it, it never gets out of the heating mode. But the rice will be cooking and end up over cooked!

Maybe its just mine

Unfortunately this appliance did not function correctly. It had several features we were excited about but they did not work. Possibly a completely defective unit, but whether defective or just poorly made, we returned it as it never did what it was supposed to do.
