Have had this app for a while and I enjoy it. But I just tried to redeem my first perk ($5 off next Sam's purchase) and while it says it was completed and I got an email telling me it would appear on my next purchase, it hasn't appeared. I can't figure out how to redeem anything...

Good as long as it's free

I've really enjoyed using the Well app! It’s a great source of info & motivation. I’ve earned a solid number of points fairly quickly, which can be used as 'instant reward" discounts for products sold at Sam’s Club. These rewards are meant to be personalized to each Well app user, which is a great idea.

However, the rewards available to me haven’t really matched  products I usually buy or need from Sam’s Club. I’m curious if other club members who use the Well app have noticed the same?

The Well customer service team mentioned that Sam’s Club provides these rewards. If there were a way to better tailor rewards to individual preferences, I think it would really improve the overall Well app experience for Sam's Club members!

One Improvement...

The app is useless as far as 'rewards' because Customer Service is clueless as to why Membership Number will not sync, nor how to remedy this systemic gliche.
