It's a Christmas gift for my son to go with the TV his girlfriend is giving him. He picked it out so I feel good about this purchase and Walmart had it to me the very next day, love that!

Connecting this sound bar is a breeze! However, I was disappointed to learn that I only have sound from there; it eliminates sound from the TV itself; and the sound just isn't that great. It's not stereo sound at all, and the woofer is useless.

previous models had a larger subwoofer and Soundbar Plus a remote control. so that's down a few points. the sound obviously is not quite what it used to be but for the price it's adequate. thus 3 stars. the bad part is there's no remote control now and they want you to use their app which wants way too much information including your phone number. so this is a big downgrade. and because of this intrusive nature I'm beginning to doubt Vizio sound bars or products. I guess maybe they're following what all the other tech companies are doing.

First the bad… its volume was not very good. All sounds seemed muted (except the sub woofer, which worked well). It was not very loud and we tried all settings. This system was very disappointing compared to our last few Vizio soundbars. Sending it back. 

The good? I really enjoyed the neat and easy install with the slide-on quick attach to our Vizio TV. The HDMI to EARC was seamless and worked flawlessly. Construction was solid and had a great quality feel to it.

Low Volume

This this needs zero stars this didn’t even work.
Bluetooth was not recognized no matter what device I tried beside the sound bar
The sound bar HDMI cord did not even plug all the way in to the sandbar so I tried four different HDM chords I had around the house. None fit snug all the way into the sound bar. This is cheap made junk and now I’m out my delivery tip of eight dollars it’s just not right to sell junk Walmart! I’ll take my business elsewhere!

This only connects via Bluetooth or HDMI, No Optical connection. The Sound would come in and out, I had to change several settings on my tv to get it to stop. When I connected my Nintendo Switch, the sound issue came back. No remote, all contrilled through Another App!

Not worth it.

Soundbar was easy to install but to hear a movie you have to have it all the way up to 90. It’s a horrible soundbar that is not level with the bass. The bass is then so loud that it just doesn’t go with the sound bar sound. This is the worst soundbar i have ever purchased!

The app control sucks. Also it keeps cutting out between sound bar and subwoofer, and you constantly have to repair…. Stop being cheap also make a controller that comes with it as the app version truly sucks and is only Useful for experienced users. Truly stop being cheap and out of controller

Audio cuts out every few seconds.  Known problems based on google searches.  Lots of people experiencing this issue and Vizio only offers hand-waving fixes that clearly don’t work.  This thing really needs an audio input.  It’s very strange that it doesn’t have one.
