<h3>Flavor Profile</h3> <ul>  <li><strong>    <ins>Aroma:</ins></strong> Rich and expressive nose with notes of dark berries, balsamic hints, and warm spices like clove and nutmeg</li>  <li><strong>    <ins>Taste:</ins></strong> Smooth and balanced palate featuring flavors of ripe plum, milk chocolate, and subtle oak</li>  <li><strong>    <ins>Body:</ins></strong> Medium to full-bodied with silky tannins and a well-structured mouthfeel</li>  <li><strong>    <ins>Finish:</ins></strong> Long and elegant finish with lingering notes of aniseed, lavender, and mocha</li> </ul> <h3>Vineyard &amp; Winemaking</h3> <p>Grapes are sourced from low-yield vineyards (4,500 kg / Ha) at 800+ meters altitude, the highest land of the Ribera de Duero (which provides it great structure). The grapes are planted as bush vines then manually harvested, selecting the bunches one by one. It is then fermented with native yeasts to preserve terroir character. The wine ages in two types of oak barrels from different origins, selected according to the character of the vintage for a total of a year and a half. Best served between 12ºC and 16ºC.</p> <h3>Respect for the Land</h3> <p>Valduero vines are dry farmed, respecting natural resources and transmit a high level of flavor concentration and acidity from Tempranillo, allowing Valduero wines to age slowly and evolve over the years. Over the previous years, it was planned for plantations free of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, where vines grow naturally without depleting the aquifers in the area. Focused on zero energy expenditure and artisan elaboration. This wine reflects the Atlantic-influenced terroir of northern Spain. Each bottle is a piece of art. They founded its museum (The Art of Valdeuro), which features unique ways of recycling used barrels by the means of turning them into art.</p>
