Buy with Caution

I love this as a Dolly Fan but the word searches are confusing and I feel like I wasted money on it in the end. All the phrases and split up or spelled wrong in the search itself. An example being “false eyelashes” spelled false ayelashes.

Very Confusing

The concept behind this book is fantastic! Anything associated with this national treasure should be. Unfortunately, I became confused with the very first puzzle. Each puzzle page contains song titles from her albums, with Side A on one page and Side B on the other. Naturally, I expected song titles to appear together. For example, "Your Ole Handyman" should run consecutively, right? Not quite. "Your Ole" appears diagonally in one corner, while "Handyman" runs vertically along the edge of the page. The same thing happens with "I Wasted My Tears." "I Wasted" is located in the middle of the page, while "My Tears" runs diagonally near the top corner. Does this make the puzzles more challenging? Absolutely. Is it confusing at first? Also yes! Once I realized song titles could be split apart and placed in different directions, the puzzle made much more sense. When all you want to do is relax with a word search, this is not an easy book to do that with.
