Used it for years and it’s still king of the hill. The deluxe version does everything I need even though I have lots of stock activity. The electronic download feature saves me a tremendous amount of time. My financial folks support TurboTax only since it’s the leader and when I used to use HRBlock I had to hand input everything. I can’t imagine using anything else. A great sale to boot!

The Leader for a Reason

Easy peasy as usual, some of the changes to the screens got me but no problems. I have to say that a lot of these 1 star ratings are doing the product a dis-service. Windows 10 went out of support in Oct 2025 so yes you CANNOT load this on a Win 10 PC, you MUST UPGRADE. If you read the product description you will see that. Yeah, I drug my feet for a long time and finally upgraded to Win11, which was easy too. If you can't upgrade to it on your PC you can have bigger problems

Worked great as usual

I've been doing Turbotax for a good 10 years. This year, I had to wait for more forms to be updated before I could finish my taxes. But, I did file early. Very easy to do now that I know how Turbotax works. I bypass the stuff I don't need, and if I am unsure, I'll let the program guide me. 
Reason for 4 star, they want you to do your taxes online (their website). And I would but don't trust keeping my info there as I prefer to keep control of my own records. Only issue with that, make sure you keep that on backup. If your loose a computer and do the next year taxes, you won't have your info and you will have to type all your info in. If you have the last year taxes, the software will get all the info it needs from that. I think I could have done my taxes in an 1/2 hour, but I wouldn't do that. I like to double check. This years software seemed the same, but the print out was way different. Maybe due to my age or the Trumps stuff.
Also, don't rely on the communications from Turbo tax to let you know if your filed taxed from Federal and State have been accepted. I have it to setup text and emails but nothing from them, that has not worked in a few years. No biggie, if you see if you open the software to it will show there

Still works for me

Hoping for this to go on sale...I really hate TurboTax even though I have used it for years.  I started out with Parson's which had a good price and product, but Intuit bought them out (I was told).  Every year TT goes up, and I doubt the number of changes that are required versus the price increase are questionable.  The big deal they make out of the $10 in-product credit is of no use...for most folks.  I'd rather pay $10 less for the product to start with.  Either way...his is becoming just another corporate greed rip-off.

Another Tax Year Rip Off

Used for years but no more. In past years cd was available. Now down load or on line only available. I like having cd available as it is much easier to load program. The new program is much more difficult to correct an error. I spent twice the amount of time to complete this year’s taxes as past years. There has to be a better product out there and I’m looking.

Never again

I accidentally downloaded this instead of turbo tax with state and federal.   It would have only cost me $ 10.00 more to get the state and federal version.  When I tried to upgrade it would cost me $ 45.00 more what a rip off and I won't pay it. I will do the free version for state instead.  Really ticked me off.  This version is a scam

Bad version. only $10.00 more for state and fed

I've used Turbo Tax for many years, and it was always good until now. I used the online version, and it literally sent me in circles and was hard to get through as compared to the past. The breaking point was listing higher values on a couple of my entries than I had typed in. Then at the end it wouldn't let me review before paying to see if these values would appear in the final product. They have list my allegiance as a result of this and I will choose an alternated method for this year's retune.

No lomger a good product for me

no windows 10 Support? forcing you to go online, terrible and feel cheated, how is windows 10 not supported???? never buying turbo tax again. I do not want to use your on line service, I don't want you being the gate keepers of my taxes.

Did not work for me. Wasted my time and money.

Doesn't work with Windows 10, only works with MS spyware Windows11.     however HR Block still supports windows 10.
