Sam's Club has the best price for TurboTax.  I've used TT for years.  I'm having some issue getting it running and collecting last year's data but I'm sure I can get it sorted out with their good support.

I like the software but I'm old school and I like the disk better. I feel we should have an option between the two.

Exactly what ypunwould expect. Just make sure you get the usable version from the check out amd not just take the one from the display.

TurboTax premier

We use Turbo tax on a regular basis, but this year it seemed less user-friendly.  Several times I had to manipulate the program to get it to properly show what I had put in.  Several glitches in this year's program!!

Hope the glitches are out next year!

Our computer isn't able to update to windows 11…so, we had to buy a new computer to be able to use the 2025 intuit turbo tax

Have had more issues with updates freezing with this than i have had in the last 10 years combined of using TT.

Windows 11 only issues?

Poor performance.Windows 11 version Fails to import data &fill out forms. Many errors. Had to return to store after scan & go to get proper licence #s.

Windows 11 Desktop version created errors.

I have used TurboTax for years - no longer - Have to download a program to your computer - then get it to open so you can put in a special code. Worked for 1 hr 22 minutes to get it to take the code to no avail. Then couldn't get it deleted from my computer to load in the other product to submit my sons tax returns. wasted money on Premier and Deluxe - had to just pay Turbotax direct.

Poor Process - No Longer a Turbotax Fan

I've successfully used TT for many years. Last year, it was inferior.  This year, it was even worse.  I bought Premier and it did not guide me where to enter several  figures.  It also is terrible to figure out what's wrong when the form is submitted electronically, but rejected. I would expect it to take me to the error to fix.  Lots of problems with IP Pin too.
