Easy to use and was able to clean my kids nasty bathroom with very little effort. Love it. Wish I would have gotten a couple for my older daughters with kids.

Easy to use

Assembly was simple and quick. The mop doesn't take long to heat up and cleans without the use of cleaner. The pad stayed in place impeccably during for the first 10-15 uses, but is beginning to decrease in hold firmness, (still usable) and this is my only concern at this time.

Cleans textured tile well!

The steam mop is very light weight and it is ready for use in 30 seconds or less. However, I am not real happy with it as the pad does not make complete contact with the floor due to the fastening system for the pad. Consequently, the only part of the pad that touches the floor are at the points of the velcro type fasteners. Also the cord is way too short. It only reaches, maybe 7'. I am going to try and return it.

Not great

I had high hopes for this steam mop. I had to give mine up after we got vinyl floors. This inexpensive mop said it is safe for vinyl floors and only uses water so I wanted to try it but I am disappointed. It's not too badly made until you get down to the flimsy head. That mop cloth is thin; they only give you one and the cord is way too short. I suppose it would be good for floors of small areas. I have a lot of vinyl and it gets really dirty. I'm surprised that Sam's Club would carry that. I guess I should return it.

Cheaply Made

This is a difficult review to write. The steam mop worked flawlessly for 10 minutes. After that it would not turn on again. Per the instructions, that likely has to do with a breaker problem and we need to reach out to the manufacturer but since I've had it for all of 10 minutes I just ended up returning it. If you get one that works, it should be great but keep in mind they can stop working suddenly.

Great while it lasted

Had to return this item after first use. The pad is too thin: shows the rib pattern of the bottom of the mop during use, so only those raised "ribs" are making contact with the floor. or maybe it's just the way the bottom of the mop is designed. At any rate, it's not effective at cleaning floors. Disappointed.

Save your money

This thing is junk. I have used a steamer a friend owned and though this would be great on our hard wood floors. Nope! It leaves them dull and lifeless. It's hard to push across the wood too and doesn't steam much really. Don't let my mistake become yours too.

Cheap in feel and effectiveness

Don't bother 
will gave to return this item! The pad is too thin. Did not pick up dirt. Leave the wood floor dull. it's not effective at all. very disappointed.

Not good machine

I swept my floor, then vacuumed, the used the steam mop. Ater all three of those i wiped the floor with a baby wipe and the wipe was almost black. No need to pretend i am cleaning with this steam mop when i can clean by hand and get it done right.

Baby wipe cleans better than this steam mop.

This isn't  a good product. The cord is to short and the cleaning results are awful. Leaves floor streaked and doesn't clean well. save ur time  and $$.
