These pans last about a year and a half with heavy daily use. They are good for non stick and the price you pay for them. In my house, at least one of the 3 are used daily. They do eventually wear out, but for $25 it’s not a big deal to replace them.

Good value pans

The smallest pan's frying surface was discolored and the outside scraped. See photos. Please send me another one. If not for this problem, I would recommend this to a friend. Truly yours, Mary Lu Bennethum

Received a damaged pan. Would like replacement.

I purchased these pans 6 months ago.  They worked good for a month.  They became real hard to clean and Then started getting scratched with normal use.  At the six month mark, we threw two away.

We’ve only had the set for maybe a month or less. I don’t use them all the time but the handles are starting to get really loose. Not sure why or how. Manual says they’re dishwasher friendly, but we’ve only washed by hand. It’s not like I’m using them to play tennis or something, lol. Just making eggs a few times a week. Bummed out. Not sure how to tighten since the hardware is flat on both sides.

Loose Handles & I’ve Barely Used Them

My caregiver always uses non stick cooking utensils yet not even 2 months after delivery I have this. I thought it was just stubborn stuck on food particle but as I ran my thumb nail over it, sure enough it was there. 

I will exchange them of course I love them, things happen. I do wish the set had lids though.

Cheap Price/ Cheap Pans

I purchased this set from Sam’ club a little over a year ago. Last month I notice the bottom of the pan was warped.

I contacted Tramontina customer service since the pans had a life time warranty. Customer service requested I send pictures of the pan, inside, bottom and whole pan along with the receipt. I sent the information they requested and within 11minutes they replied that it’s not covered under warranty. That I must have over heated or dry heated the pans over time. They definitely do not stand behind the products, Sam’s Club should only deal with manufactures that stand behind their “Life Time Warranty”

Cheap Price/Cheap Pans

When I started using these pans, I was very careful to only use low or medium heat per the instructions. After a while, the medium and large size pans warped and would no longer sit flat on my glass cooktop. The pans will only heat up in the middle, the outer areas are not touching the cooktop so it doesn’t heat as well there.

Another reviewer had the same issue and the manufacturers reply was that they must have been used on high heat and were not covered under warranty. This seems an easy get out for them, just say they have been misused and don’t replace them. Why manufacturer a pan that can only be used on low or medium heat anyway. 

I sent an email to the manufacturer but never received a reply. They probably would’ve told me the same thing, that they are not covered. I should’ve known these were not good quality because of the price. I now need to do research and buy a quality pan that won’t warp. I don’t have my Sams receipt so I guess these are going in the trash. Lesson learned.

Warps easily

From day one  they were never a total non stick fry pan After a little over a year They were unusable  coating scratched easily  even when using  a plastic spatula.10" Pan started bowing less than 3 months of usage

These pans are really BADDDD

These pans are useless junk. They start to discolor and flake off after using. Very unsafe as the material attaches to your food. Tramontina does not honor their warranty with these pans since they know they are junk.
