Actual Color

Purchased this set of pans from Black Friday sales and received it fairly quickly. However, when I opened and inspected them the skillet was warped. Since I was reluctant to brace the Christmas shopping crowds to return it, I immediately went online to contact the company, since they had a great warranty policy. The website had very straight forward instructions on how to report the damaged item. I received a reply as an immediate recognition of my email. The following day I received an email from customer service asking a few more details about the skillet. Within two weeks I received the new skillet without having to box up and ship the defective one back to the company first or at all!  As I have not really had enough time to rate the pans themselves, I would highly recommend this company on their warranty alone!

Great Company Customer Service

I bought these based on their looks, the variety of sizes, low price, and the great reviews. I was not disappointed. These are a remarkable value. They appear very well made, and the use of rivets as opposed to screw assembly makes me think that they well be very durable and maintenance free. I like the fact that all the handles have a covering on them that keep them cool, as opposed to the bare metal handles that can get very hot. The non-stick coating on every piece makes for very easy rinse-and-dry cleaning.

A quality bargain!

These are amazing!! I love the color, the feel, the way they cook my food. They are perfect. I read the instructions which I never do and you are supposed to season them before first use. Hand washing extends their longevity. These are great and I will be buying these exact pots and pans next time I need them. The large frying pan is awesome by the way. Love that it's NOT the standard 10 inch!

Nice Cookware

I had this brand before, and it lasted longer than others brand's. Is it really worth it for the money you are paying.

Non-stick cooking pan's

So far I am really enjoying this cookware.  Very easy cleanup.  Wanted to make sure they were non-reactive so contacted Tramontina customer service and they responded in a very timely fashion that they are.

Love this set. It was less expensive than a lower grade one at Walmart. It is amazing and nothing sticks!!!! Definitely recommend these pots.

I like the set of cookware. The weight is great and easy to clean up. I wish that the large skillet had a top to fit but other than that I would recommend this item.

When I received this item one of the pot lids was cracked, so I disposed of it and
contacted Sam’s to request a replacement lid but instead I was sent the whole set again rather quickly which I appreciated and I was able to return the first item to the store with no problems. Excellent service. Thank you

Successful

I was so excited for these. I'm honestly 50 50.  I do like cooking with them, not too heavy and looked nice at first . But, these are NOT dishwasher safe.  The red has faded and has a little bit of an odd texture on a few of them. Just ordered these around 16 days ago and sams club said sorry cant do anything.   I do know that this isnt due to hard water this is a product issue.
