I did so much research before buying this dishwasher because my previous dishwasher was only two years old and falling apart. It was a different brand that I won’t ever buy that brand for any appliance again. This has great features such as lights inside to help you place things and get things out. It has a top third shelf that fits a lot. It does a great job washing and drying is no issue at all as I said I did a lot of research before I bought this and I’m glad I did.

This dishwasher is super quiet. I love that. Dishes are clean and for the most part dry. The top shelf is only semi useful as it is so close to the top of the dishwasher that only small flat things can sit there but that is the only downside to this.

Super quiet

I've been an owner of two sets of LG washers/dryers for the past 20 years. Neither set has/had problems and therefore I am updating my kitchen with LG appliances. This dishwasher is super quiet and does an amazing job with the dishes. I would highly recommend this model to anyone who is looking for a dishwasher.

Cleaner then ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher.  It has 3 racks.  I put silicone utensils, scissors, spatulas and other odd things on top.  The middle rack adjusts to hold my tall glasses and coffee travel mugs.  The bottom rack fits two dinner plates side by side.  I couldn’t do that in my old dishwasher.  I can load way more plates and bowls than I could before.  It has a light, when you open the door; just like an oven.  The silverware rack has slots for spoons, that really helps me wash more silverware at once.  I don’t know how this dishwasher could be any better!!

Great machine easy to use

I've had this dishwasher a couple weeks and love it.  The issue I have run into is that the very top rack sometimes get caught on my 12 oz glasses or items of that height.  I have to make sure to put them on the right side of the rack, as the top rack comes up a little bit higher on the right and they will fit on that side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very quiet machine with nice racks, lights and steam. Drying is disappointing- but apparently this is not unique to LG. The controls are confusing at first- should be intuitive. Linking the ThinQ app is elusive; couldn’t find the right barcode to scan and the link instructions to WiFi very poorly written. The manual is generic; too many models. Not as satisfying as the LG washer.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and its never worked. Tech has been out 3x. The last time we said it was my water pressure, installed a pressure reducing valve and still have won't run. Been trying to get this dishwasher switched out, but to no avail. Just can't figure out why I have to endure all this crap trying to get it replaced, I purchased all appliances at once, spent a lot of money and LG has handled this issue terribly.
