Massage chair

This machine is to die for! It takes away all the aches and pains of being stressed out all day long. It just came today, but we spent hours exploring the many modes and capabilities, and we look forward to more hours of exploration and relaxation. 
I was very disappointed that the delivery company didn't deliver it to the inside of the house. The recipient is an 90 year old woman who had no way of getting it indoors by herself. My family of 4 adults had to go over to move it inside for her, after we got home from work. Glad it wasn't a rainy day!

Yes, You Want One of These!

Advertised as Titan brand the Osaki pictured was delivered.  I am a DAV and this chair has been a wonder on my steel rod spine.  A excellent price considering it is a better massage that the high priced places charge for a person to do it.  This chair gets in deep and actually helps like a chiropractor treatment.   Haven't felt this good in years.

But, I wish I could get access to a website of manual to learn more.  Maybe a chat line.  I don't get the pressure I want in my lumbar unless I kick up the 3D but then it's too much along the upper spine.  Don't get me wrong, this is a great value and I love it.  Just wish there was some guidance or shortcuts to knowing everything I can do to set it up to my liking.

So far so good, but...

Purchased this chair after years of looking for one that has all the features we were looking for. It features plenty of auto  options that are all easy to use. You also have manual options, foot massage and choosing how you want the chair to lay. Overall affective and well made chair that really massages your shoulders, neck and even head! Great settings and options, not too loud and does a fantastic job relaxing you. While the color isn’t fully black, it’s not a big deal.

Best massage chair for your neck and shoulders

Bought this chair at Christmas for my office.  We have desk jobs but sit alot.  I thought this would be awesome to take time to relax.  The chair is fantastic.  It has so many settings and the Zero Gravity options make the experience fantastic.  It is well worth every penny.  You will get a professional full body massage as if someone was actually physically there doing it.  I love the chair!!!

Excellent features & well built.

So far so good.  I ordered this while on sale, so so glad I did.  I wanted 3d and for the price it’s a good chair.  It has no option to save preferences but has several different modes programmed and you can choose to create your own.  You can change the 3D to adjust for a deeper massage.  I wish it did my thighs, but it goes to the glutes and lower legs… does mostly everything else. 

4 stars because the delivery is horrible.  They will literally take it off the truck and leave it on a pallet for you somewhere safe; for me my garage.  It took two of us to drag it in… it’s an odd thing to lift.. so by the time it was plugged in, I definitely needed it!

Ordered black, got a box marked black, but got a chair with an exterior color of brown.
This was on me, as I didn't notice that these are 2-tone chairs.  Black means the fabric is black and the exterior is brown.  If you order brown, you get brown fabric and an exterior of black.  Pictures on Sam's website aren't that obvious for an old guy.  At any rate, the colors are fine and not a big deal.  Hope this bit of information helps someone else.

Opened it up and noticed one side of the chair had a damaged spot in the plastic.  Disappointed, but figured it is just plastic, perhaps they can send us a replacement piece?
Looked all over for the user manual, no manual.
Went online to Titan's website and found the manual and setup video.
That's when I figured this chair has been returned by someone else and shipped to us.
1.  No plastic covering the chair (just the chair and corner foam pieces)
2.  Footrest was already installed
3.  Control gizmo was already installed
4.  Piece of hair on the chair (sounds bad, but could have happened at the factory?)

Best guess, it was returned for the small cosmetic damage and re-shipped.

Wished I could have given 5 stars, but...

Well, I had to kind of talk my husband into purchasing this chair, but once we clicked "purchase," we couldn't wait for it to arrive.   It did arrive sooner than the order said.   I ordered on black Friday so got it almost half price. 

To start out,  I recommend decreasing the 3D effect or you might have bruising.   Once you get used to it you can work your way back up.  

My kids (14 & 16) also use it daily.  They especially like it after working out at the gym.  We have all started sleeping a little better as well.  I haven't figured out which mode I like best.   I guess I'll have to keep testing them out.

It's definitely not the prettiest thing in my home (got the black with brown interior) but it's worth the eyesore.   

You won't regret this purchase.   I have some peace of mind that it has more of a warranty than other chairs since there are a lot of moving parts to it.

Love it!

As soon as I opened the box and took off the plastic cover, there is a box at the bottom of the legs next to the wheels, the box was open and when i opened, everything inside was broken. There was one spring that immediately flung out. There is a metal piece which I assume is a switch for something. I have no idea what this box is supposed to do. It says ABS on the lid. There is no mention about the box in the manual that was provided.
Tried calling customer service, but there hours are very short only from 10 am to 6 pm!!! So no one answered.
If someone can reach out to explain what the part is and what can be done about this broken part.
