One caveat before I begin: we don't have pets, so I can't comment how well it works there. But this is hands down the best/coolest vacuum cleaner I've ever owned (55 ). Use it mainly on our kitchen hardwood floor and it sucks up everything in sight (which you can see with the handy headlights on the front). Just great.

I would absolutely recommend Tineco  cordless vacs, because I have had multiple and each one has proven to be  a blessing in my multi pet home.  This particular Tineco cordless stick vac is most definitely my fave out of all the  stick vacs  I've owned over the years.

Tineco Go Pet cordless vac proves to be top notch

It's great for the garage and the back steps into the basement (only when dry).  The only thing I would improve is adding a second battery to the accessories included with the unit.

my favorite vaccuum although im on my 3rd one as the others have had their own seperate issues both only 2 months in i still love this vaccuum especially with a dogs that sheds crazy all year round

Good value for the price. I vacuum much more frequently now that I can just grab it off the wall and GO. The high setting is really good; the eco and variable are meh, but I get why they're there.

If you struggle to get chores done, I'd you're overwhelmed (as so many of us are!), then this is a great little helper when it comes to abolishing barriers to entry/resistance.

So convenient, even my teens use it!

The vacuum has decent power, and it does a decent job picking up dirt. However, it doesn't not stand up on its own, which is very annoying and makes the product susceptible to accidental damage via falls. It won't prop up against things without rolling down due to the weight at the top of the stick, where the motor and battery are located. I really would not have purchased it had I realized that it couldn't be stood up and walked away from or even let go of for a moment without it crashing to the floor. The battery life is not as good as it claims, either. The setting for the best vacuum capability, which is what is needed, pretty much for any kind of use, will drain the battery in about half the time as the description claims the battery life is, and since it only comes with one battery, it's impossible to get a complete job done with it without having to stop and resume after the charging is complete, which is a significant amount of time. Also, it's easy to dump the junk out, but it's really cumbersome to dismantle the thing to clean the filter and get the backed up dust and stuff out of the tube, and it will clog up, easily. Using it as a handheld is annoying, as well, because it's very heavy and it has zero maneuverability, it's bulky, and the angle is odd.

Meh….

The concept is great, I would expect however, based on the size of the battery, the runtime would be much greater than 15 minutes. When I first got the vacuum, I contacted support concerning the battery life, and was told in no uncertain terms that the runtime only reaches its maximum advertised time, when run in the lowest “economy mode” setting. Okay, fair enough! The very next time I used it, I ran the vacuum in economy mode the entire time it ran, ALL FIFTEEN MINUTES OF RUNTIME IN ECONOMY MODE! I'm not impressed. I am renting a 1,300 Sq. Ft.  Apartment, and at this rate, I would need 2 spare batteries on standby in order to vacuum my entire apartment, and almost all of the floors are hardwood except for the 2 bedrooms.

Abysmal battery life

I gave it the rating due to its actual quality and effectiveness but was bummed it does not do well at all with any kind of carpet. Other than that the product is actually really good. Too bad was looking forward to it.

Great for everything other than carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Isn't the highest quality and just started using it but it'll do the job for now especially since I'm broke

The vacuum is heavy and the brush motor is very noisy. I assume that it is defective. Returned it for an A11 hero model that we had previously.
