Tim Tam's are great! As an Australian living in Texas, I don't get these biscuits (Aussie for cookies) enough! My Texan wife even called our Australian Cattle dog Tim Tam… They have been around since 1964 and they still are a favourite in Australia.

Tim Tam Slams tasty!
Yum! Our son introduced these to us a few years ago after spending a couple of years in Australia. These are very good, and the "Slam" is this chocolate coated cookie with bites in opposite corners to create a straw for hot chocolate. Suck on one corner while the other is dipped in hot chocolate - quickly - and when filled with the chocolate milk, you gulp them in your mouth and they just disolve. I wished Sam's had these all the time and not just once in a while, but then again, maybe my waistline doesn't! Fun treat "occasionally!"
