Great, very comfortable. It’s soft and I do have to switch side every night because he gets really comfy, but I like it that way it does come with the extra to make it puff. It does keep it cool because they get really hot at night.

I was skeptic at purchasing this pillow just because i thought it was going to be too soft. I didn't put it through the dryer like it tells you to i just opted for the natural fluff. This pillow is so comfy! Definitely recommend

Definitely recommend!

(I think this is the first review here that isn't part of a promotion)... We used to buy the Bellagio pillows at Sam's but they are no longer available. Decided to give these a try since the company has been around for a while and the pillows have good reviews everywhere. We were not disappointed. It's great that you can adjust the fill to your liking and sleep position. I also appreciated the friendly packaging (made it feel special) and all the useful information provided on how to use and enjoy the pillows. One back sleeper and one side sleeper, both happy :)

It is not a coolling pillow. The pillow case is cooling for a minute. Not worth the price. Will be returning

I’ve tried every pillow ever. Not kidding.

My boyfriend is the absolute hardest to please when it comes to him finding the right pillow but this one checks all the boxes. It's cool and offers customizable support. I ended up buying a second COOP pillow so we both can have one! Whether you like your pillows flat or overstuffed this is the pillow for you!

I’m not sure about the cooler aspect but it’s not a dud for me. I really hope it does last awhile compared to others.

Super Comfey

Do NOT buy this pillow. This is literally the biggest waste of money. It stinks so bad of chemicals, even after a week that I can't even have it in the same room I sleep in.

Terrible odor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m going to start off by saying I’m super Picky when it comes to pillows! I am impressed by this pillow! I have never received a pillow that comes with oomph to fill to adjust to the type of sleeper you are. I’m personally a side sleeper. It says to try as is and adjust if needed. I’m adding more because I felt throughout the night I slide down the pillow. I was ending up at the bottom of the pillow for some reason. I do find the pillow is comfortable. It did not make my neck or back sore! I love how the guide gives you pictures and suggestions if you on how to adjust the pillow to your needs! I would definitely recommend this pillow! Easy to stuff and they include a lot of extra stuffing!
