I am a fan of T-Fal. This pot is another great item. I was looking for a larger pot to make my jam/jelly in, and this is huge! It is made with the same care as all of the T-Fal products, heavy duty and awesome non-stick technology.
 Unfortunately, it's way too deep for regular utensils and I can't use it for what I planned but I'm thinking maybe a whole chicken for soup since a 12 quart is bigger than I realized. 
The price on Sam's website is almost $10+ less than I found anywhere else.

Huge!

Got this to use for sous vide.  Straight sides and sturdy.  Holds heat very well.  Will also use it for making soups.  The handles stay cool.  Wonderful price.

Perfect stockpot!

BOUGHT THIS AS A REPLACEMENT FOR AN OLD ALUMINUM POT I HAD INHERTIATED FROM MY MOM  (USED IT FOR YEARS, LOVED IT ) UNFORTUNETLY MINOR BURNNING ACCICENT AND HAD TO REPLACE IT FOUND THIS ONE AND I LOVE IT I ALREADY MADE A HUGE BATCH OF CHLI EASY CLEAN UP.

In the past using a ceramic coated pot to make my scrapple and chili, the cornmeal in the scrapple and the tomato in the chili would stick to the bottom of the pan, transferring a burnt taste to the food.  With this non stick pot, nothing sticks and I don't get any more complaints about a burnt taste to my German Scrapple or my Chili.  Thanks for a pretty good product.

A very good cooking pot

This stock pot was awesome to use. Made soup in it this past weekend.  Made so much it took two of us to lift it. However, I have two large containers in the freezer for the next time I get a craving.

Lightweight pot with nonstick surface.  Good size, heats evenly.  Steam vent in lid allows for cooking stews with lid on without fear of boiling over.  Great pot.
