Bought this expecting I would get notifications/alerts when someone was on my property. Instead, they are not real time notifications when I do actually receive them, so if anyone unwanted is on my property, by the time I find out, they are gone... Also, playback isn't always great either, but with it not working reliably the first time. On the other hand, the camera and pairing was easy to set up.

I continue to buy Swann but they seem to easily stop working within a year and support is hard to reach. I have a message into support that has been there over a week without reply

Good CAM but BAD SUpport

Works on an off.  Spent 1.5 hours on phone with service and all they want to do is tell you to pay for cloud storage.  I had one of these for a few years and Never had to pay for cloud storage on the app and now I ordered two more and the box even says 7 days of FREE Rolling cloud storage and nothing about a trail period.  Again I had the same light for a few years with No monthly fees.   Now they are trying to make you pay monthly and I do not even know how much because the fees are not listed anywhere, not on the App or the Swann web site.  VERY deceiving.  Now what am I supposed to do with these 2 new lights that I did not install yet.  I only bought them because of the FREE cloud storage.   They do not work well enough to pay for anything extra!

Great Security Cameras

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a floodlight and extra security for my back yard. The Swann Wi-Fi Floodlight security camera system did not disappoint. It was very easy to install. I'm a novice DIYer and it took me maybe 10-15 minutes to mount it where I wanted it. No rewiring required which was great. The camera quality is really nice too. It works with a simple app interface that I use with my iPhone.  Very pleased with this product.

Breeze to set up and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting to get a security camera for a while now, but was waiting until I found one with the features I wanted. This Swann Wi-Fi food light and security camera has everything I wanted. It has night vision, records in color, has a siren, talk back feature, powerful flood light, heat detection, and I can access it through their app on my phone. My husband and I aren't the handiest people, but we can get by. We didn't know if we could hook this up by ourselves, but needless to say, we did and it was not difficult at all. We were putting it up where we had an existing flood light so the wiring was there already. The app is easy to navigate and having this security camera and light definately gives us some peace of mind and love the protection.
