Do not hesitate to serve this cake at your next event.  It was beautifully decorated, absolutely delicious,  and so very moist. It was a hit at my daughter's bridal shower. We cut it into 24 EXTREMELY generous pieces. It would easily serve twice that many regular sized portions. She has decided to serve the the sheetcake as the desserr at her wedding.

Outstanding Cake Decision

This cake turned out beautifully.  It was much bigger than I expected.  The decor on the cake was perfect. It looked just like the picture.  It also tasted great. Very happy and an excellent price.

Anniversary cake

Great flavor but awfully thin.  The cake is this and seems like there’s more frosting than cake. This use to be my all time favorite birthday cake but it’s getting smaller and the price is getting higher.

Was beautiful and delicious except for the red roses.They were nasty!! Baker said the were per made. Also should offer different color frosting only came in Red.

Caje taste and freshness was great. The color i chose for trim was hot pink and although my writing was hot punk my roses were more red so it almost clashed.

Cake color wrong

Since the phones don’t work in the bakery, I had to order my cake online. When I got there, it was totally different than what I ordered. And because I was in a time crunch, I had no choice, but to buy it. The manager of the bakery was rude and condescending. She got snarky with me, and I am not going back.

Awful experience

Ordered for a child's birthday, the decorations were sliding off of a lumpy 1/2 sheet cake.  Also, it had large sugar crystals sprinkled on top that caused an unpleasant mouth feel when eating the cake.  This cake ruined a perfect cake purchasing experience for me.  I have always recommended Sam's cakes for any occasion.  This experience make me a little less apt to recommend Sam's in the future.  Especially since no one would answer the phone at the location and we could not get help fixing the cake.  The child was very disappointed.  Up until now I thought ordering online was great.  Not anymore. Also, had I known the red roses would not be buttercream frosting, and that huge, hard sugar crystals were sprinkled on the cake, I would not have purchased the cake in the first place. The online associate did assist me in getting credit to use later, since they could not reach the store either.

Roses 1/2 sheet cake, not so great fur us

I recently encountered a disappointing experience with a custom cake order for a very special occasion—my grandmother’s 90th birthday celebration.

I placed the order well in advance and was assured the cake would be ready on a specific date, with custom icing in the color I had requested. However, when I arrived to pick it up, the cake featured the default icing shown in the promotional image, not the color I had specified. The staff acknowledged the mistake and assured me it would be corrected in time for the event the following day.

Unfortunately, when I returned at the agreed-upon time, the cake had not been remade. It was the exact same one from the previous day, with no changes made. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one came to address the issue. Instead, a staff member informed me they would rush a new cake. I waited between 45 minutes to an hour while they remade it, which caused me to arrive late to my grandmother’s celebration.

This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially given the significance of the event. The lack of accountability and poor communication disrupted a moment that should have been joyful and seamless. I hope the business takes steps to improve its customer service and quality control to prevent similar issues in the future.

I was disappointed in this cake. I did not realize when I ordered it online that the flowers would not be the same color as the icing for the written message (which was yellow, and looked terrible with red flowers).  The cake was dry, so obviously not made fresh in the club. The icing was not buttercream. I will not be ordering again.

Disappointed in this cake

The white roses were fine but the red roses were like rubber, could not even cut through them and also tasted nasty.  Cake was not as moist as others we have purchased.
