Full body with a deep, rich, chocolaty flavor; a clean finish and low acidity. Smooth milk chocolate with notes of honey, caramel and cocoa. The slight caramelization of the natural sugars in the bean give this coffee a touch of roastiness, while it still retains its natural flavor character, giving it a sweet, pleasant aftertaste. 100% Arabica coffee, Non GMO, Certified Organic by CCOF. An exceptional Honduran coffee from the Marcala region. No chemical inputs are used. The cherries (fruit of the coffee bean), are composted and used as fertilizer, along with vermiculture, and fewer insects are present at the altitude that it's grown, so no insecticides are necessary. If there ever is a bug problem, farmers sometimes plant peppers as a repellent. The coffee is very dense, and thus has depth of flavor and we are able to roast it just right to bring out its natural flavor characteristics and a wonderful sweetness. This is the best coffee bean I have found! I need a low acid coffee for my body - this one is the BEST I have ever found. I ordered 2 bags, after the first bag was finished, I ordered 4 more bags to ensure I do not run out. This will be the only coffee I will purchase if at all possible. Please do not stop carrying this item.

Outstanding Organic Low Acid Coffee Bean

We have been fans of Subtle Earth Whole Bean Coffee for a year now.  We love the flavor.  A short time ago it wasn't available for about a month & we were really missing it. As soon as it became available again we were so happy.

We love this coffee!! It doesn't give us the jitters because it's organic and not treated with harmful chemicals. We so wish it were on the shelves at Sams!
