This fishfinder and transducer set up from Garmin is as basic as you can get. In the picture it seems to be that it’ll have maps on it and it doesn’t. I believe you can’t even put a maps sd card in it. If you’re looking for a basic fishfinder you found it with this model. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to purchase this.

Works great! Easy setup and go! Very portable when combined with a small 7ah or 10ah lifep04 battery stuffed in a plastic, waterproof ammo box

Perfect for kayak or ice fishing!

Great inexpensive little fish finder. Easy to install and setup. Screen is crisp and clear, and easy to view even in bright sunlight. I mounted this unit on a Pond Prowler 8 and the transducer is mounted on a Brocraft Transducer Mounting Arm with Mount as I remove the trolling motor when not using my boat.

Just buy it!

For a small screen, it looks good. im putting it on the front of my small fish and ski boat. I was worried that i wouldnt be able to see it from my seated position. I dont think that'll be a problem, but if it becomes a problem I'll purchace an extension that'll raise it up.  Im happy with it. It has everything I was looking for in a fish finder with out breaking the bank.

Everything I Was Looking For

Great unit and easy to install. Put it on a 2008 Sea Ray 240 sundeck. Only had to drill holes for the transducer. Mounted it on the existing screws on the dash cover. Worked great!

Love Garmin

It's going to be an excellent replacement for my Hummingbird.  This one has excellent graphics, GPS and allows split screens.  I'm really looking forward to getting it out on the water!

good fish finder, just dont like that i had to mount it to the bottom of my kayak so now i cant drag it. but its a good product tho

I like the easy to see screen.  last summer installed same model on grade down and could only see the screen in dark not in sunlight.
