Stella Rosa Watermelon Semi-Sweet Rose Wine is a proprietary blend of several white grape varietals including White Moscato (an indigenous grape variety from Piedmont), and a touch of Barbara for color. The wine has natural flavors of watermelon that are created using a distillation process of Italian fruits grown in southern Italy. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to create an off-dry Rosé, busting with fresh flavors and natural carbonation. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all-natural, fruit-forward cocktail. This flavor pairs wonderfully with light salads, such as Greek or Caesar, as well as savory appetizers like edamame or jalapeño poppers. For dessert, pair it with coconut cream pie! To create Stella Rosa Wines, the Riboli family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. One of my absolute favorite wines!! Love Stella Rosa and can't wait for the warmer temps to open up a bottle of Stella Rosa Watermelon again!  Add a few mint leaves for an extra refreshing touch.

Watermelon Stella Rosa

All of the Stella Rosa flavors are a hit for me. The are sweet and a little sparkling the flavors are Amazing. Just give me all of them bottle or can I love them. The price point is also a good one. I always recommend Stella Rosa to my friends that don't like dry wines like myself. It's a must have

Overall I'm not a big drinker. However, while trying this flavor wine. I could truly say this was delicious. Most definitely would recommend for those who are first getting into wine.

Great tasting

Stella rosa did not disappoint in this flavor either.  It is light perfect for summer time. Cut up some fresh watermelon and add it to your glass. I think the wine is perfect no need to change it. I am a repeat customer.  I have tried several other wines but I always go back to Stella.

This wine was just okay—nothing to rave about. I usually love watermelon flavors, but something about this one felt a little off. It wasn't as sweet as I expected and leaned more on the dry side. Drinkable, but not one I'd rush to buy again.

Ehh it's okay.

Not a fan. I was so excited when I saw this flavor that I got the bottle to try. It did not meet my expectations and is actually the worst fruit wine I've ever tried. I won't be buying this one again and probably won't ever try another watermelon flavored wine again. Highly disappointed.
