Stella Rosa Rosso Semi-Sweet Red Wine is a proprietary blend of several red grape varietals including Brachetto. The grapes are harvested, pressed, centrifuged, and then held cold as juice at 28 degrees Fahrenheit. The juice is fermented at various intervals throughout the year allowing the wine to remain fresh and delicate. The Riboli family uses this technique to capture the fresh flavors of strawberry and red berry. During fermentation process, the alcohol is created in tandem with the wine’s natural carbonation. Once the desired sweetness is achieved, the wine is centrifuged and bottled. Its natural acidity and low pH strike the perfect balance with the wine’s inherent sweetness. It is not cloying or heavy. Serve chilled by-the-glass, pour over ice, or mix with your favorite spirit for an all natural, fruit-forward cocktail. Pair it with fresh fruit, cheeses, chocolate—or just a few good friends! To create Stella Rosa Wines, the Riboli family chose the region of Asti, a province in Piedmont, Italy, as the source for its aromatic grapes, which have become the hallmark for the Stella Rosa style of wines. The area of Asti has particular significance to the family, as it is the birthplace of the family matriarch, Maddalena Riboli. This is my favorite stella wine. Wine at sams club is $2-4$ cheaper than in other stores, including wally world, so when i see this wine in sams i stock up.

Fruity and sweet flavor: This wine is delicate, with clear notes of strawberry, rose petals, and a very pleasant sweetness that makes it easy to drink, even if you're not a wine expert. Too sweet for some: If you prefer dry wines or those with less sugar, this rosé might feel too sweet and not very "traditional. Yes, I would buy it again if I wanted a smooth, fruity, and pleasant wine to share during relaxed moments or with people who prefer sweet, easy-drinking wines. But if I were looking for a more traditional and serious wine for an elegant dinner, I would choose a different option (a drier or fuller-bodied wine)

Stella Rosa is a great introductory wine for those who have a sweet tooth but don’t necessarily like wine… yet! It’s smooth, fruity, and tasty! While we have transitioned into more ‘sophisticated’ wines in our household, this is the one that got me started on enjoying wine.

I love Stella Rosa. It's a chefs kiss. The flavor is sweet and yummy. It's decently priced so it's always a go to for me. The packaging is very pretty and it has regal look to it.

Great value for money. Twist off packaging. The flavor is sweet for a red wine but really tasty. Smells like strawberries. The alcohol content is similar to other Stella wines but a little low in comparison to other reds
